Quality Control and After-Sales Support at ZX Package
How we work: spec confirmation, 5-day sampling, quality inspection before shipment and a one-year warranty - the real process behind every ZX Package order.
When you buy packaging from a factory thousands of kilometers away, the questions that decide your experience are practical: who confirms the specs, how fast can you touch a real sample, who checks quality during production, and what happens if something goes wrong after delivery. This page walks through how ZX Package actually works at each stage, so you know what to expect before you send an inquiry.
1. Before You Order: Spec and Design Confirmation
Every order starts with your requirements: product type, sizes, material, printing and quantity. Logo, label, packaging format, color and size are all customizable, and you do not need finished print files to start - our design service works from your samples or your graphics. Send what you have and we return a layout for your confirmation before anything goes to production.
This confirmation loop is deliberately cheap: changes cost hours on a layout and a whole run in production. Approve the artwork slowly, produce quickly.
2. Sampling: About 5 Days to a Physical Sample
Once the layout is confirmed, our factory makes a physical sample - typically in about 5 days. The sample is the second confirmation point: you check the material, the print quality and the structure against your product before mass production starts. Sampling takes about 5 days and average production lead time is 15 days, so a typical custom order moves from artwork to a confirmed sample inside the first week.
3. Inspection: A Dedicated QC Team
Production runs on two paper packaging lines in our own 3,520 square meter facility in Dongguan, with cutting equipment on site. Quality is checked by a dedicated three-person QA/QC team, with random inspection and supplier assessment procedures in place. An in-house team of two R&D engineers supports customization, and around 150 new designs are released a year.
4. Delivery and Warranty
Average production lead time is 15 days, and orders ship from Dongguan with Shenzhen Port nearby for export consolidation. A one-year product warranty applies to our packaging items - the same term we state openly on our Alibaba listing, where our factory has completed a third-party on-site assessment.
Buyer rule of thumb: ask any supplier who inspects, how, and what happens after delivery. If the answer is vague, the price difference is not worth it.
